Nightmare Acephalous is an antagonist in the game Five Nights at Treasure Island: Nightmare Before Disney.

Nightmare Acephalous's appearance is somewhat similar to the suit he is based off of, Acepgalous, however, his hands and feet have been replaced with many spikes. He is still missing his head but there is a spike in its place. He is also stained with blood all over.
